1. Account & User Obligations
By browsing, registering and purchasing products on our store, you agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement. Users shall ensure that the registered information is true, legal and valid, and shall be responsible for all behaviors under their account. It is forbidden to use the store for illegal transactions, malicious snapping, brushing orders, fraud and other improper behaviors.
2. Product Description & Price
We strive to ensure that all 3C product pictures, parameters, functions and introductions are true and accurate. Due to shooting light, display resolution and batch differences, individual products may have slight color and appearance differences, which do not belong to product quality problems. Product prices are subject to the real-time display on the page, and we reserve the right to adjust prices and preferential activities without prior notice.
3. Order & Transaction Rules
After the user successfully places an order and pays, a valid transaction contract is formed. We have the right to cancel the order and refund in case of abnormal orders, repeated orders, malicious orders or inability to deliver due to inventory problems. Users shall not arbitrarily cancel paid orders in batches to avoid affecting normal store operation.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All store texts, pictures, videos, logos and design works are protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written authorization, no individual or institution may copy, reproduce, spread or use them for commercial purposes. We will pursue the legal liability of infringers.
5. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, policy changes, logistics suspension, etc.). We will only be responsible for the direct sales amount of the product, and will not bear indirect losses such as user’s time cost, economic loss and equipment damage caused by use.
6. Clause Update
We reserve the right to update these service terms irregularly. The updated terms will be posted on the store page and take effect immediately. Continuing to use the store service means you accept the updated clauses.
