Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All 3C electronic products (mobile accessories, digital devices, computer peripherals, audio equipment and other products) will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or during peak sales seasons will be processed on the next working day. We strictly inspect product appearance, functions and packaging before shipment to ensure intact delivery of 3C products.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We provide standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days for delivery; expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery time is for reference only, affected by destination customs clearance, weather conditions and logistics delays. Remote areas will have an additional 2–5 days of delivery cycle.
3. Shipping Fee
Free standard shipping is available for orders over the specified amount. For orders below the threshold, fixed standard shipping fees will be charged according to the destination. Expedited shipping requires additional freight, which will be displayed on the checkout page in real time.
4. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email/account. You can check the real-time logistics status through the official logistics platform. Please check the package status in time; if the logistics is suspended for more than 5 working days, please contact our customer service immediately.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may incur local customs duties, import taxes and handling fees, which shall be borne by the buyer. We will truthfully declare product information according to customs regulations and will not be responsible for customs detention, return or penalty caused by buyers’ personal reasons or local policy changes.
6. Damaged/Lost Package
If the package is lost, severely damaged or the product is missing during transportation, customers can apply for replacement or full refund after providing valid logistics proof and unboxing videos within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
